Аpartment block struck by lightning

Paradise Electric built a lightning protection system in the apartment block struck by lightning in the city of Dryanovo, Bulgaria.

The building was protected by a Spanish Ingesco PDC-Air 40 lightning rod. The lightning rod was fastened to one of the building’s chimneys.

In order to provide a path of lightning current to the ground, we installed two down conductors and built two grounding system with earth resistance of less than 5 ohms.
